Our Policies

This page explains how we get your order to you and what to do if something needs to be returned or exchanged.

We know accessibility and reliability matter, so our shipping and returns process is designed to be clear.

Shipping - UK

When your order is ready to leave us, you’ll receive an email letting you know it’s on the way. Within the UK, we ship using Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked to make sure your parcel reaches you quickly and safely. For extra peace of mind, we also photograph every package before it leaves our door so we know exactly what has been packed.

Shipping - Internationally

We use Royal Mail’s International service, which typically takes 3–14 days, depending on the destination. Some deliveries may take longer if customs processes are involved. Please note that any customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom Vest Orders - Sizing Policy

To make sure your dog’s vest fits perfectly, we ask all buyers to measure their dog carefully before placing an order. We provide clear graphics and a step-by-step video to guide you through the process.

Please send all measurements in centimetres (cm) so we can process your order accurately.


Each custom vest is tailor-made to your dog’s specific measurements. Because of this:

  • If a vest does not fit due to incorrect measurements being provided by the buyer, a refund may not be possible.

  • In some cases, we may ask for the vest to be returned (at the buyer’s cost) if the vest is unused and still has its original tags attached. If suitable, we can then resell it to another team and recreate your vest with the correct measurements.

  • If the vest includes custom graphics, specific text, or organisation logos, we are unable to resell it. In this case, a replacement vest would need to be purchased at the full price.

Pre-Made Vest Orders - Sizing Policy

We offer a selection of pre-made, ready-to-ship vests. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check their dog’s girth measurement to ensure the vest will fit.

If you are unsure whether a pre-made vest may suit your dog, you’re welcome to email us at info@wuffable.com with your dog’s girth (B) and neck-to-tail (C) measurements, as shown on our measuring guide page.

We’ll be happy to advise before you order.

If you purchase a pre-made vest in the wrong size without contacting us beforehand, the vest must be returned unused and with the original tags attached. The cost of return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.  You have 7 days from delivery to notify us that your vest is unsuitable for your dog.

Once received, you may choose to:

  • Exchange for a different size (if available),

  • Receive a refund, or

  • Put the funds towards a custom-made vest tailored to your dog.
     

If a returned vest has been used or the tags have been removed, it will be at our sole discretion whether a refund or replacement can be offered.

Custom Items

Some items are created specifically for you and your dog. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom artwork or illustrations

  • Personalised text or embroidery

  • Organisation logos or team branding

  • One-of-a-kind design requests


Because these items are made uniquely for you, we can only cancel an order if production has not yet begun. Once the process has started — typically beginning with graphic design work — your order cannot be amended, changed, or refunded if you no longer wish to proceed.


If an error occurs on Wuffable’s behalf (such as a misspelling, incorrect logo, or other design mistake), we will either:

  • Replace the item with the corrected version, or

  • Issue a refund without providing a replacement.


Please note: we cannot refund or replace an item if the reason is simply that the buyer no longer likes the design, particularly if the design mock-up was approved (whether in writing via email, WhatsApp, verbally, or through our website).

Pre-Made & Pre-Designed Items

(Excluding Vests)

If you’ve ordered the wrong item or colour and the error was not on Wuffable’s part, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for either a replacement or a refund.
 

To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for:

  • Mailing the item back to us securely, and

  • Covering the cost of shipping for any replacement item.

    This does not include pre-made vests or pre-designed vests.

Organisations and Trademarks

At Wuffable, we take copyright and partnership protections seriously. All graphics, logos, and text are only used with the express permission of the organisations, trainers, and charity partners we work with. This protects their identity, reputation, and interests.
 

We will not create, reproduce, or use any copyrighted graphics that may infringe on the rights of another organisation — whether a large charity, a small non-profit, or an independent trainer.

To prevent misuse:

  • We will not add logos or graphics that imply a team is part of an organisation without permission from that organisation.

  • This includes specific colour combinations that may suggest a dog is associated with a particular organisation. However, this is at our discretion. If a design could be easily mistaken, we reserve the right to decline or cancel the order.

  • In most cases, we request that the organisation places the order on the team’s behalf to ensure authenticity and approval.
