Withdrawl

For our EU friends it is mandatory that we offer the "Right of Withdrawl" of services. This however does NOT included custom and personalised items;  you are unable to withdraw if a product has been created specifically for you.

All products should be with their original packaging and return shipping must be paid for by the purchaser for a full refund including initial shipping cost. 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWL

By withdrawing you agree to post/mail back the items you wish to withdraw from. The cost of shipping back items is not paid by Wuffable. Once your item(s) have been delivered back to Wuffable a refund, including initial shipping cost, will be sent refunded. We will not cover return shipping costs. Only items that are standard stock and are not custom made and/or sized to you or your dog are eligible for withdrawl.
