Must be well lit (dark photos, especially of black dogs, won’t print clearly).
No grainy or pixelated images (these will cause blurring).
Only your pet should be in the photo (no people or other animals).
Your dog should be sat or standing with their face unobscured.
Best results are achieved when your dog is at rest and not moving (e.g., not running).
