This product is custom made to fit your dogs measurements and our measurements are needed in centimetres (cm). If you measure incorrectly your vest will be made the wrong size and refunds are not permitted due to incorrect measuring as per UK customisation law.

If you are unsure if you have measured correctly, please ask someone to double check your measurements for you, or you can make an appointment to visit us at our store to be measured by our team.

Each vest is custom sized to the measurements you supply on your order form. The price listed is for payment purposes only.

If you have a specific layout you require, please email a message or sketch of what you would like as this helps our designer to understand layout and placement of text. Fully customised vests have a longer lead time depending on the complexity being requested. Customised drawn artwork by our designer is not included.

We can not reference social media messages to find parts of your order that you require. One email allows us to converse back and fourth in a controlled way. Simply reference your order number.
Payment must be completed before the product is designed and made.

Please note that this product is a vest/ jacket. It is not a harness and not suitable to attach a lead to. D-Rings are designed to be be used to hang items on like patch tabs, poo bags etc.

** Please note ID card holders may be unsuitable for some dogs in the size Small range. Some dogs may need their ID card holder to be oriented vertically rather than horizontally, while other dogs may not be able to have the holder at all.

Why can't my dog have an ID card if they're XX-Small or X-Small?

We calculate your dogs vest based off of the measurements you provide. Our ID card holder comes in one size only. For smaller breeds putting a card inside of a holder may put pressure on the dogs spine, but on XX-Small or X-Small, the vest simply won't fit our ID card holder.

Why can't my dog have Zippers if they're XX-Small or X-Small?

We can attempt to put a pocket on, however the size may mean that you can't hold anything inside of the pocket, thus we recommend not ordering zips for sizes smaller than our size Small.

Why can't my dog have grab handles if they're XX-Small or X-Small?

We do not want anyone to attempt to pick up their dog with their vest. Our handles are not designed for anyone to lift. A small dog would be best to pick up with your hands safely if you are able.

A grab handle should not be utilised to hold the weight of your dog if they are attempting to lunge forward. If your dog is in training and you require a grab handle, we would suggest our Y-Front attachment for their safety.

Wash at 30 degrees

We recommend washing alone to avoid creasing

Air dry flat

Can be pressed with a warm Iron, however avoid webbing/straps
Copyrighted graphics and printed fabrics will not be utilised unless you are in possession of a copyright license granting you the use.

We will not print:

Company, charity or oganisation logos without expressed permission from the organisation.

Any TV show, gaming, anime logos without expressed permission from the license holder.

Any copyrighted characters from TV, Movies, Games, Anime, etc. This includes fan art.

Any font that has been copyrighted by an organisation and not widely available to use for commercial purposes.

Things to note about Graphics:

Our fabric designs have been purchased or created in house with appropriate commercial printing licenses. You may select one of our pattern fabrics for use.

Our fabric examples of solid colours are close matches to our normal canvas fabrics found on our embroidered products but are not a 100% colour match. Your screen may display a colour that is different to what we supply.

Neon Yellow and neon orange are not able to be replicated appropriately. These colours can be implied but will not be a match to Wuffables canvas. This is down to both the dyes and the substrates.

If you supply a graphic or a fabric design you agree that the colour matching may not be what you see on your screen once printed. Every printer dye is different as is how every printable item holds colour.

Graphics supplied must be a minimum of 300 dpi and submitted in a .png, .PSD, .tiff, or .pdf file format. Any images supplied in a .gif or low quality .jpeg will be rejected, as is any image at 72 dpi. Your image quality directly impacts the quality of the print. Any pixelation will show on a printed item.

If supplying a graphic:

The image must be a transparent .png.
You can utilise free programmes like Canva to remove your backgrounds and save in the correct format and size.

If you don't like your vest once received:
On custom items, we aim to please and can work with you to produce your ideas, however, we make to your specifications so do not offer refunds if you have measured incorrectly.

On pre-made items we do accept returns within 14 days but you are responsible for the return postage. Upon receipt of the returned item, if it is in as new condition with tags attached, we will refund the cost of the item but not the postage.
