Please your order here according to your dog's girth measurement. This product is custom made to fit your dog so ensure you have measured correctly in centimetres (cm).
After ordering you will be emailed an order form, or you can find the order form above, or on our website menu. You will need your order number to proceed.
IF YOU NEED HELP PLEASE SEND US A MESSAGE. If you have our email address black listed and we can not contact you to obtain the information required to complete your order, we will cancel your order and refund minus a 20% administration fee.
This product is custom made to fit your dogs measurements and our measurements are needed in centimetres (cm). If you measure incorrectly your vest will be made the wrong size and refunds are not permitted due to incorrect measuring as per UK customisation law.
If you are unsure if you have measured correctly, please ask someone to double check your measurements for you, or you can make an appointment to visit us at our store to be measured by our team.
Each vest is custom sized to the measurements you supply on your order form. The price listed is for payment purposes only.

If you have a specific layout you require, please email a message or sketch of what you would like as this helps our designer to understand layout and placement of text. Fully customised vests have a longer lead time depending on the complexity being requested.

Please note that this product is a vest/ jacket. It is not a harness and not suitable to attach a lead to. D-Rings are designed to be be used to hang items on like patch tabs, poo bags etc.
