Custom info for Embroidered Vests

Before You Start
This is our Embroidery Form. You do not need to fill this out if you have purchased a Printed Vest as you have already submitted your information.
We need 4 main measurements for a vest.
To save you time, have these prepared and written down before putting your order request through.

You will be asked for your:
- Name & Order Number
- What Style of Vest or Cape you need
- Measurements - Neck, Girth, Length and Shoulders
- Optional - Cape Only Measurement
Measure the space between the centre of the D-Rings on your Guide/Mobility Harness.
- Optional - Harness D-Ring Opening
For a harness worn under a vest (you'll need to provide the measurement the base of the neck to the position of the D-Ring on your dogs back).

Vest Design:
You'll be able to describe your vest design to us so that we can produce your vest.
You can download our free templates below and send us your completed graphic of what you'd like your vest to look like.
While we strive to be as close to your representation as possible we do have restrictions on text sizes to ensure all information is clear and visible.
